The Niagara Rim
Trail is a moderately difficult trail; located in the Stanislaus National
Forest off Highway 108 above Strawberry. The trail is approximately
six (6) miles long and takes about three hours to complete, barring
difficulties. Modified 4x4 vehicles are best for this trail but as,
"The Guide to California 4-Wheel Drive Trails" states, "experienced
drivers in high clearance, well equipped SUV's can get through if they
avoid the extreme parts." |
