Our 2010 application is a digital form. Here are the instructions for completing your application:
1. Download your application. You will need "Acrobat PDF Reader" which is a free download, visit below
2. Fill out the downloaded application on your computer.
3. Press the yellow “print” button to print your completed application on your printer.
4. Mail in your completed application, along with your check to the address on the application.
5. If you have trouble with the digital form, you can always just print the form out, fill it in and send it back with your check. The most important part is that you get registered, so you can have a good time with us!
